Dogs have the kindest and friendliest hearts out there, but they can also be the most subtle bullies. It just goes to show really that no one in this world is perfect and that everyone has their own issues.
This adult Rottweiler named Bear came crying to daddy one day. His younger sister, Luna, just pulled a mean one on him. Bear told dad all about his frustration and his sorrow.
Dad obviously found it hilarious, but he couldn’t laugh at his pet’s feelings. They were valid and as a dad, it is his obligation to acknowledge everything and let his pet know that it was not okay.
Bear was crying and snarling, obviously wanting to retaliate and get back at Luna. They knew that wasn’t going to be a pretty picture, so he strived to calm the upset Rottie down.
All was going smoothly until Luna suddenly popped up and jumped on the couch. Bear went from almost-appeased to all-deals-are-off in just a matter of seconds.
To be fair, dad didn’t see what Luna did to Bear, but this situation looked like it wasn’t the first time it happened. Dad’s reaction is what told us that our suspicion might just be spot-on.
That’s why dad tried to go down the peaceful route but when Luna popped up beside them, the snarling and the snapping increased.
Dad had to lift his hands in surrender until both dogs calmed down. Dad deliberately called for Bear to come to him, and when he did, dad immediately hugged his grown pet.
Bear’s human then gave Luna a scolding, and that’s when Bear piped down. It’s the magic effect of knowing that someone has your back.
Try not to get right into too many fights, Luna and Bear. You don’t want your daddy’s hair to prematurely gray, don’t you?
